Nursing Coordinator, LPN

Ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

  • Create an environment that displays courtesy and respect for each resident.
  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft WORD.
  • Excellent customer service while multi-tasking skills with administrative responsibilities in resident care, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day employee scheduling procedures.
  • Responsible for two-week work schedule of Manor employees.
  • Responsible for completing Assisted Living – Manor payroll every two weeks and tracking absenteeism and tardiness.
  • Responsible for oversight of various staff assignments by Administrator
  • Maintain morale with staff support and a working environment enhancing a sense of self-worth and personal dignity.
  • Manor new employee training and scheduling CPR/1st Aide
  • Initiate Medication Aide Refresher course and Medication Aide Course 
  • Assist Administrator and Director of Asa’s Neighborhood with nursing assessments for nursing level care needs and provide nursing treatments as necessary.
  • Perform duties as directed by the Administrator.
  • Rotation with other managers for on-call as LPN.
