Valentine Dinner Reservation REquest
On Tuesday, February 14th, The Village's Back Porch & Grille will have a special dinner to celebrate the holiday. Enjoy a four course dinner prepared by Executive Chef, Michael Dudley with complimentary wine pairing for the Main and Dessert portion. This special event is $45 (or $40 for residents of The Village) and by Reservation Only.
Special Dinner Menu includes:
Soup Canape | TOMATO BISQUE, Creamy Roasted Tomato and Basil served with crusty bread.
Starter | SHRIMP COCKTAIL, Poached in butter with grilled bread, cocktail sauce and lemon wedge -or- FENNEL CITRUS SALAD, Citrus segments with shaved fennel, arugula, goat cheese and balsamic glaze.
Mains | BEEF TENDERLOIN, Filet of beef with parmesan mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and demi-glace paired with Chevalier du Grand Robert - a Bordeaux wine -or- CRAB CAKES, Lump crab, with creamed succotash and sauté spinach paired with Saget La Perrriere - a Muscadet wine.
Dessert | DEVIL'S FOOD CREME BRULEE CAKE, Chocolate cake layered with vanilla creme brulee and caramelized sugar paired with Amancaya Red Blend - a Sweet Red Blend -or- ANGLE FOOD CAKE & FRESH STRAWBERRY, Light angel food cake topped with fresh strawberries paired with Alexander Valley Rose Sangio - a Sparkling Rose.
