The Village at Woods Edge is seeking an experienced, dependable, and service-oriented Assistant Director of Environmental Services to support the Director in overseeing maintenance, housekeeping, grounds, safety, and facility operations within our senior living community.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required
• 3+ years of related experience in maintenance, facilities, environmental services, or a similar field
• Supervisory/leadership experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or long-term care
• Valid Virginia driver's license with acceptable driving record

Full-time salaried exempt position with benefits.  Salary range of $58,000 - $62,000 based on experience.
