The Village at Woods Edge has an excellent dining program that operates multiple venues including traditional dining rooms and The Village’s Back Porch & Grille restaurant. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager for The Village's Back Porch & Grille to lead daily operations, insprie our team and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
• Hire, train, and supervise staff
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
